RD HQ

Movement before mastery. Play before pressure.

What RD HQ is about

A space to grow through movement, play and care

RD HQ is built on lived experience and grounded in research.
Here, kids don’t specialize early — they explore.
They move, they play, they figure things out.

We support the early stages of physical literacy, the athletic development of older youth and the technical development of footballers, always through a coaching approach that values freedom, fun, and long-term development.

CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM

Movement Athletic Development (Ages 3-11)

  • Ages 3-11 (Girls and boys)

Foundational movement skills, coordination, agility, and multi-sport games — not football-specific, but designed to build athletic confidence and joy in movement.

From early movement play to structured athletic preparation, each session is tailored to your child’s stage of growth, helping them move better, get stronger and become confident versions of themselves.

Movement, Strength &
Power (Ages 12+)

  • Ages 12+ (Girls and boys)

For developing athletes ready for the next stage, this stream focuses on building strength, speed, and power through challenge-based physical development.

Expect age-appropriate resistance training, plyometrics, and movement quality work — all within an environment that values technique, intent, and long-term progress.

Football with Intention
(Ages 8+)

  • Ages 8+ (Girls and Boys)

Ball mastery, passing and receiving, 1v1s, and game scenarios — all delivered in small groups with space to explore, take risks, and learn through play.

Sessions follow a constraints-based approach, blending structured technical work with games that challenge players to think, adapt, and express themselves freely.
