Additional Football & Athletic Training in Auckland
Our additional training programs provide focused support for young athletes in Auckland. These sessions are designed for youth footballers and youth to help build strength, speed, power, ball mastery, game awareness, and confidence.
These training options can be taken on their own or alongside RD Academy, school football, or club sport to support ongoing development.
FUTSAL - Freedom, fun & Flair
High-tempo futsal sessions designed to develop ball mastery, creativity, decision-making, and comfort on the ball. Complementing outdoor football and technical development.
Athletic Development – Strength, Speed & Power
Structured physical training for young athletes (9–14) focused on strength, speed, movement competency, and confidence. This session supports football performance and athleticism in all sports.
