Bridge Walkout - Scaled
This is a core and shoulder stability challenge with a focus on body control and movement quality — ideal for kids looking to improve their strength in a fun, non-intimidating way.
The task: starting in a high aplank or pike position, your child walks their hands out (like an inchworm) for 6 controlled steps, then walks them back in. Hips should stay high and heels off the ground — but it’s okay if the legs don’t straighten completely.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s control. Even just three steps out and back is enough to build strength, awareness, and confidence.
At RD Coaching, we scale movement challenges to suit every ability — so kids grow stronger at their own pace, without pressure.
