Bridge Walkout

This challenge builds core strength, hip control, and discipline — using nothing more than a cone or household object as a marker.

Here’s how it works: place a cone or raised object on the ground with a plate or flat surface on top to act as your “no touch” zone. From a high plank or pike position, your child walks their feet up in small steps — 10 total (5 each leg) — without letting their hips drop and touch the marker. Then they walk back out for another 10.

The goal is to keep the hips high, the core engaged, and movement clean and controlled the entire time.

At RD Coaching, we use simple tools to create powerful outcomes — helping kids move with intention, build strength, and stay challenged in fun, effective ways.
