Plank Exchange - TBall + Plate
This task is designed to challenge your child’s balance, control, and upper-body strength — using just a tennis ball and a flat object like a book or plate.
Starting in a plank or forearm position, the goal is to transfer the ball from one hand to the other without letting it fall. Each successful switch and return to plank counts as one rep. If the ball drops, they reset and start again.
It’s a fun, low-equipment challenge that builds core stability, coordination, and focus — perfect for kids aged 9–15 and easily done at home or in the gym.
At RD Coaching, we keep strength training playful and purposeful — using creative tasks that build real ability and confidence.
