Plank Juggle
This challenge focuses on coordination, core control, and fast decision-making — using just a tennis ball and bodyweight.
Starting in a plank position, the task is to pass the ball from one hand to the other without dropping it. Each successful transfer adds to their score. If the ball drops, the count resets. The goal: how many consecutive transfers can they get in 20 seconds?
It’s a simple but effective way to improve focus, upper-body control, and resilience under pressure — and it feels more like a game than a workout.
At RD Coaching, we use challenges like this to keep kids engaged while building real athletic foundations.
