Plank TBall Bounce
This advanced coordination challenge blends core stability, control, and reactive timing — perfect for kids looking to test their movement skills in a fun and focused way.
Starting in a plank position with a tennis ball, the task is to bounce the ball across the body — basketball-style — with only one bounce allowed between each hand. Each successful switch counts as one. The goal: how many can they complete in 20 seconds?
It’s less about speed, and more about quality and control. A great way to build fine motor skills, rhythm, and focus — all while holding a strong plank.
At RD Coaching, we use creative challenges like this to build strong, confident kids through purposeful movement.
